選購溫濕度試驗箱應從容積、溫度范圍、濕度范圍、控制方式、變溫速率等五個方面來選擇。

 

1、容積的選擇

a)被試產品的體積(ji)(W×D×H)不(bu)得超過(guo)試驗箱有效工(gong)作空間的(20~35)%(推薦(jian)選用20%)。對于在試驗中發熱的產品推薦(jian)選用不(bu)大于10%。

b)被試產品的迎風斷面(mian)積(ji)與該斷面(mian)上(shang)試驗箱工作室總面(mian)積(ji)之比不大(da)于(35~50)%(推薦選用35%)。

c)被試(shi)產(chan)品(pin)外廓表面(mian)距(ju)試(shi)驗箱壁(bi)的距(ju)離至少(shao)保持100~150mm,(推薦選用150mm)。

上述三(san)點規定實際上是(shi)相互依存和統一的。以1立方米正方體箱(xiang)子為(wei)(wei)例,面積比(bi)(bi)為(wei)(wei)1:(0.35~0.5)相當(dang)于(yu)體積之比(bi)(bi)為(wei)(wei)1:(0.207~0.354)。距箱(xiang)壁(bi)100~150mm相當(dang)于(yu)體積之比(bi)(bi)為(wei)(wei)1:(0.343~0.512)。

(1)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗件(jian)(jian)置入箱體(ti)后擠占了流(liu)(liu)暢的(de)(de)(de)(de)通道,通道變窄(zhai)將(jiang)導致氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)速(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)(de)增加。加速(su)(su)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)與(yu)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗件(jian)(jian)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)交換(huan)。這與(yu)環(huan)境條件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)再現不(bu)符,因為在(zai)有(you)關標準中對涉及溫度環(huan)境試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗都(dou)規定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗箱內試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗樣件(jian)(jian)周(zhou)圍(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)速(su)(su)不(bu)應(ying)超(chao)過1.7m/s,以(yi)防止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗樣件(jian)(jian)和周(zhou)圍(wei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氛產生不(bu)符合(he)實(shi)際的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)傳(chuan)導。在(zai)空載時(shi)(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗箱內平均(jun)風(feng)速(su)(su)為0.6~0.8m/s,不(bu)超(chao)過1m/s,滿(man)足(zu)a)、b)兩(liang)點要求(qiu)所(suo)規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)空間(jian)及面積比時(shi)(shi),流(liu)(liu)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)風(feng)速(su)(su)可能增大(da)(50~100)%,平均(jun)風(feng)速(su)(su)為(1~1.7)m/s。滿(man)足(zu)標準規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。如果在(zai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中不(bu)加限制地(di)加大(da)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)體(ti)積或迎風(feng)斷面積,則(ze)實(shi)際試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)(shi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)(liu)風(feng)速(su)(su)將(jiang)增大(da)到超(chao)出試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗標準所(suo)規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)風(feng)速(su)(su),其試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗結果的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)效(xiao)性將(jiang)受(shou)到懷疑。

(2)氣候箱(xiang)工作腔(qiang)內(nei)環境(jing)參數(shu)〔如(ru)溫度、濕(shi)度、鹽霧(wu)沉降率等(deng)〕的(de)(de)精度指(zhi)標都是在空載狀態下檢測的(de)(de)結果,一旦置(zhi)入被(bei)試驗(yan)(yan)件(jian)后,對(dui)試驗(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)工作腔(qiang)內(nei)環境(jing)參數(shu)的(de)(de)均(jun)勻性將產生(sheng)影響,試驗(yan)(yan)件(jian)占(zhan)有的(de)(de)空間(jian)越(yue)(yue)大(da),這種(zhong)影響也(ye)就越(yue)(yue)嚴重。實測試驗(yan)(yan)數(shu)據表明,流(liu)場(chang)中(zhong)迎風面(mian)與背風面(mian)的(de)(de)溫差可達(da)到3~8℃,嚴重時(shi)可大(da)到10℃以上(shang)。因此,必(bi)須盡(jin)量滿(man)足a〕、b〕兩(liang)項要求,以保證(zheng)被(bei)試產品周圍(wei)環境(jing)參數(shu)的(de)(de)均(jun)勻性。

(3)根據熱(re)傳導的(de)(de)原理(li),箱(xiang)壁(bi)附(fu)近(jin)氣流(liu)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)通常與流(liu)場中(zhong)心溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)相(xiang)差2~3℃,在高低溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)上下限時,還可能達到(dao)5℃。箱(xiang)壁(bi)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)與箱(xiang)壁(bi)附(fu)近(jin)流(liu)場的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)又相(xiang)差2~3℃(視(shi)箱(xiang)壁(bi)的(de)(de)結構和材(cai)料(liao)而定)試(shi)驗溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)與外界大(da)氣環境相(xiang)差越大(da),上述(shu)溫(wen)(wen)差也越大(da),因此,距(ju)箱(xiang)壁(bi)(100~150mm)距(ju)離(li)內的(de)(de)空間(jian)是不可利用空間(jian)。

 

2、溫度(du)范圍(wei)的選擇

目(mu)前,國外(wai)溫(wen)(wen)度試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的(de)(de)范圍大體(ti)(ti)上(shang)為(wei)-73~+177℃,或-70~+180℃。國內多數(shu)廠家一(yi)般為(wei)-80~+130℃,-60~+130℃,-40~+130℃,也有高溫(wen)(wen)到150℃。這些溫(wen)(wen)度范圍通常(chang)可(ke)以滿足國內絕(jue)大多數(shu)軍(jun)用(yong)(yong)、民用(yong)(yong)產(chan)(chan)品溫(wen)(wen)度試(shi)驗的(de)(de)需(xu)要,除非確有特殊(shu)需(xu)要,如(ru)安裝位置靠(kao)近發動(dong)機等(deng)熱源的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)品外(wai),不可(ke)盲(mang)目(mu)提高溫(wen)(wen)度上(shang)限(xian)(xian)。因為(wei)上(shang)限(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度越高,箱(xiang)體(ti)(ti)內外(wai)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)差越大,箱(xiang)體(ti)(ti)內部流場的(de)(de)均(jun)勻性也越差。可(ke)利用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)工作室體(ti)(ti)積也就越小。另一(yi)方面,上(shang)限(xian)(xian)溫(wen)(wen)度值越高,對箱(xiang)壁(bi)夾(jia)層中(zhong)保溫(wen)(wen)材(cai)料(如(ru)玻璃棉(mian)等(deng) )的(de)(de)耐(nai)熱性要求越高。箱(xiang)體(ti)(ti)密封(feng)性的(de)(de)要求也越高,使箱(xiang)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)制作成本增加。

 

3、濕(shi)度范圍(wei)的選(xuan)擇

國內(nei)外環境試(shi)驗箱給出(chu)的濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)指(zhi)標大(da)都是20~98%RH或30~98%RH,如(ru)果濕(shi)(shi)熱試(shi)驗箱沒(mei)有(you)除濕(shi)(shi)系統,則濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)范圍為(wei)(wei)60~98%,這一類試(shi)驗箱只能做高(gao)濕(shi)(shi)試(shi)驗,但它的價格低得多。值得注意的是在(zai)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)指(zhi)標后面應(ying)該注明(ming)相應(ying)的溫(wen)度(du)(du)范圍,或給出(chu)露點溫(wen)度(du)(du)。因為(wei)(wei)相對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)是與溫(wen)度(du)(du)直接相關的,對(dui)于同樣的含濕(shi)(shi)量,溫(wen)度(du)(du)越高(gao),相對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)就越小(xiao),如(ru)含濕(shi)(shi)量為(wei)(wei)5g/Kg(指(zhi)1公斤干空(kong)氣中(zhong)含有(you)5克的水蒸汽(qi)),當(dang)溫(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)29℃時,相對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)20%RH,溫(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)6℃時,相對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)90%RH,當(dang)溫(wen)度(du)(du)降至4℃以下,相對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)超過100%,在(zai)箱體(ti)內(nei)會出(chu)現(xian)結露現(xian)象。

實(shi)現(xian)高溫(wen)(wen)、高濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)只(zhi)需(xu)要往箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)噴(pen)水(shui)(shui)蒸汽或霧化的(de)水(shui)(shui)珠,進行加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。低溫(wen)(wen)低濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)則相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)難于控制(zhi),因為(wei)此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)含(han)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)量很低,有(you)時(shi)(shi)(shi)比大(da)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)含(han)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)量低很多(duo),需(xu)要對(dui)箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)內(nei)流動的(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)除(chu)(chu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),使(shi)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)變(bian)得干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)。目前(qian)國內(nei)外絕大(da)多(duo)數的(de)溫(wen)(wen)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)箱(xiang)(xiang)都采(cai)用(yong)(yong)制(zhi)冷除(chu)(chu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)原理(li),是在(zai)箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)的(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)預調室內(nei)加(jia)一組制(zhi)冷光(guang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)。當(dang)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經過冷管(guan)(guan)(guan)時(shi)(shi)(shi),其相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)會(hui)(hui)達到100%RH,因空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)飽和在(zai)光(guang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上結(jie)露(lu),使(shi)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)變(bian)得更干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)。這(zhe)種除(chu)(chu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式理(li)論(lun)上可(ke)(ke)達到零度(du)(du)以下(xia)的(de)露(lu)點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),但是當(dang)冷點(dian)表面(mian)(mian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)到達0℃時(shi)(shi)(shi),光(guang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表面(mian)(mian)結(jie)露(lu)的(de)水(shui)(shui)滴會(hui)(hui)結(jie)冰,從(cong)而影(ying)響光(guang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表面(mian)(mian)的(de)熱交換,使(shi)除(chu)(chu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)能力(li)下(xia)降。又因為(wei)箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)不可(ke)(ke)能密(mi)封,大(da)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)會(hui)(hui)滲入到箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)內(nei),使(shi)露(lu)點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)回升。另一方(fang)(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian),在(zai)光(guang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)間流動的(de)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)只(zhi)是在(zai)和光(guang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(冷點(dian))接觸(chu)的(de)瞬間達到飽和狀(zhuang)態而析(xi)出水(shui)(shui)蒸汽,因此(ci)這(zhe)種除(chu)(chu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法很難使(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)內(nei)的(de)露(lu)點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)在(zai)到0℃以下(xia)。實(shi)際所達到的(de)露(lu)點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)5~7℃。露(lu)點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)5℃相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang)于含(han)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)量為(wei)0.0055g/Kg,對(dui)應相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)20%RH的(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)30℃。如(ru)果要求(qiu)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)20℃進相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)達到20%RH,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)露(lu)點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)為(wei)-3℃,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)致冷方(fang)(fang)(fang)式除(chu)(chu)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是很困難的(de),必須選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)系統才能實(shi)現(xian)。

 

4、控制方式的選擇

溫度(du)、濕度(du)試驗箱(xiang)有恒定(ding)試驗箱(xiang)、交變試驗箱(xiang)兩種情況。

普通的高(gao)(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)沒有降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)的指標(biao),從環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)到(dao)標(biao)稱的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)的時間一般為90~120min。高(gao)(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)交變試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)、高(gao)(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)交變濕熱試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)都有變溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)的要求,其變溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)(su)率(lv)(lv)(lv)一般要求1℃/min,在此速(su)(su)(su)率(lv)(lv)(lv)的范圍(wei)內(nei)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)可調。而快(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)變化試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的變溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)(su)率(lv)(lv)(lv)較快(kuai),升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)(su)率(lv)(lv)(lv)可以達到(dao)3℃/min~15℃/min,在某些溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)段升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速(su)(su)(su)率(lv)(lv)(lv)甚至可以達到(dao)30℃/min以上。

各(ge)種規格、速(su)度(du)的(de)快速(su)溫(wen)度(du)變化(hua)試驗(yan)箱(xiang)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)范圍(wei)一般(ban)都是(shi)相同的(de),即(ji)-60~+130℃,但(dan)考核(he)降溫(wen)速(su)度(du)的(de)變溫(wen)范圍(wei)卻不(bu)盡相同,根(gen)據試驗(yan)不(bu)同的(de)試驗(yan)要求,快速(su)溫(wen)度(du)變化(hua)試驗(yan)箱(xiang)變溫(wen)范圍(wei)有(you)的(de)是(shi)-55~+80℃,而有(you)的(de)是(shi)-40~+80℃。
